A writer and blogger based in Oregon, I sometimes write about writing but mostly offer the inspirations and distractions I find in nature. Why? To cultivate patience and mindfulness as I navigate the publishing world. As an aspiring farmer, I also promote biodiversity and share what I learn from farming traditions around the world. And as a cultural anthropologist and recovering academic, I sometimes ponder cultural diversity across time and space and rant about social injustices.
